CIMA Inc. contributes substantial input to CIMA, but the true power of the organization  lies in the direct, hands-on involvement of more than 10,000 individual students,  CIMA employee and associates who serve as tutors, mentors, lecturers, curriculum advisors, student project sponsors, project partners and coaches giving thousands of hours each year to the program. CIMA volunteers and associates serve thousands of students and their families.
